A settlement has been reached with Riverside Resort & Casino, Inc. and Riverside Resort & Casino, LLC (“Riverside” or “Defendants”) in a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit is called Dapello, et al. v. Riverside Resort & Casino, Inc. and Riverside Resort & Casino, LLC, Case No. 2026CV000097. It is pending in the Circuit Court for Columbia County, Wisconsin (the “Action”). Riverside denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided who is right.
